Arrival and Departure

  • Your booked apartment is available for you on the day of arrival usually from 2pm. If you require a different check in time, we ask you to discuss this with us when you book. Initial and final cleaning, bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, and utilities (water, electricity / gas, heating, etc.) are included. On the day of departure you should leave the holiday apartment by 10am at the latest. If you wish to leave later, we can arrange an individual time depending on the follow-up booking. 
  • By prior arrangement, we can arrange for you a boat mooring for boats up to a length of 8m.
  • The guests undertake to present their valid identity card or passport on the day of arrival. If guests lose the key of the apartment, they undertake to pay compensation to the management for the replacement and / or installation of a new lock.


For the booking we need information about the desired apartment, the number of persons and the planned period. Once we have received your written booking, we will send you the booking confirmation / invoice. If you have any questions we will contact you immediately.

Terms of Payment

  • If you have received the booking confirmation / invoice you should pay us a deposit of 30% of the total price within 10 days of the date of issue in order to reserve the apartment for you.
  • If we do not receive the amount within the mentioned period, we will cancel your reservation and the booking will be canceled. The balance of the total booking price is due before arrival.
  • You will then receive a written confirmation by e-mail that all costs have been paid. These must be presented to Olive House Management upon your arrival.


A withdrawal from the contract is possible at any time. Please send us a written booking cancellation.

Please note that our holiday apartments are booked long in advance. A short-term “new lease” before arrival is not possible. If you still have to cancel, the following costs will apply.

  • Until the 31st day before arrival or more, no costs
  • Up to the 30th day before arrival the compensation is 30%,
  • until the 15th day before arrival 60%
  • until the 8th day before arrival 100% of the total price.

The Holiday Apartment

Please treat the booked apartment, inventory and technical equipment with care. We check the current state with each new guests on day of arrival, – and departure and log in writing. This also refer to the respective terrace, – and balcony furniture, or objects in the outdoor area.

Guests are liable for any damages if they violate the duty of care and disclosure. We ask our guests to notify our Olive House staff of any detected defects or damage within 24 hours of arrival. Damaged or missing items must be replaced by the one who caused the damage. The price of the inventory list applies here.
