Description
All 8 apartments are generous, spacious and comfortable for 2 to 5 people. Two for One! For bigger families and groups, apartments 6 and 7 can be connected so that there is room for 6 to 7 people. Our little guests can sleep in baby beds. Environment friendly fans on our high ceilings
provide a breezy and natural room climate.
Equipment, Barbecue, SAT-TV and Wifi
Every bedroom includes a bed, closet, chest of drawers and mirror. Some include its own bathroom. In addition, there are cozy couch 
beds. Two apartments are suitable for wheelchairs (detailed information: jw@olive-house.de ). Here are showers with shower stools and handgrips.
Hobby cooks can experiment with local recipes in the fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, coffee machines, 2 to 4 hotplate stove. Some apartments include ovens in the kitchens.
Whoever wants, can prepare fresh fish or various meats, on the barbecue at Olive House. The barbecue is protected with a roof, large surface for preparation and even with a sink with water connection. In the meantime, the partner, Grandpa and the kids, can either have fun in the olive garden, watch tv or surf in the Internet.
We are constantly working to improve the service of our Olive House. With the latest generation of WLAN, our guests can now surf the Internet even faster.

From the patios and balconies at Olive House you can admire the picturesque 
view of the ocean and dreamy 
village. With a cool drink in your hand, you may enjoy the boats riding in and out of the lagoon and even dock your own boat right on the pier in front of the house.
One of our apartments is located directly at the olive garden with a secluded terrace; perfect for couples who wish complete privacy. Some of our guests enjoy their breakfast in the shady olive garden while their children have fun on the swingsand trampoline. If the kids are lucky they will run into our pet turtle „Olga“.
We have a heart for animals! Therefore, we look forward to every cute nose and waggy tail. The apartments are hygienic and the floors are easy to clean.
In Simuni you do not need a car. Everything the village has to offer and everything necessary for your personal needs is just a few minutes away by foot.
